Do you install the newly purchased ISP turbocharger directly? NO, NO, NO! Read this installation precautions first and let your supercharger start working normally!

/Cleaning/

Replace the engine oil and oil filter at the same time (Isuzu related oils are recommended)

/Ensure the air filter is clean/

Ensure that the oil inlet pipe, exhaust manifold, and intake pipe (air filter-supercharger-intake manifold) are clean and unobstructed without debris.

/No deformation/

Ensure that the oil inlet and return pipes are not twisted, flattened or blocked
Ensure that the oil inlet and return gaskets are not deformed

/Oil volume/

Check that the oil volume position on the oil dipstick meets the standard

/Peripheral parts/

Confirm that the EGR system is working properly

After unpacking the ISP turbocharger, there is an accessory package. Now is the time for the lubricant in the accessory package to appear!

/Pre-lubrication/

Inject the lubricating oil in the accessory package or clean engine oil into the oil inlet of the supercharger, and turn the rotor by hand. Connect the oil inlet pipe after the bearing is fully lubricated.

/Installation of the inlet and outlet pipes at the compressor end/

Tighten the connection clamps of the compressor end and the supercharger with appropriate tightening torque to ensure that there is no air leakage at the connection.
